Altrincham director Andrew Shaw of Jones Lang LaSalle sponsored a game between the Manchester and Birmingham branches of the company.
As a prelude Andrew also organized an under eight school game between Ashley of Hale and Yorston Lodge of Knutsford
It should be pointed out there is a disparity in the size of the school. Ashley have only eleven pupils under eight so they all played. Yorston Lodge a much bigger school and had the luxury of being able to pick and choose. Despite the score every body enjoyed the game.
Chairman of Altrincham Football Club, Geoff Goodwin also helped out by providing transport for Yorston Lodge in one of his Companies Coaches
