and goes from Maine Road to Old Trafford then to Moss Lane . Thanks Neil

The pitch was almost flooded overnight and it was only
through the hard work of Peter Barry and his team that the match was
played. Here the stewards are moving the covers - bit like Wimbledon |

Gary Thompson, who dislocated his shoulder in the friendly match
between Alty Supporter and Alty Vets is well on the way to full recovery
but I suspect his playing days are over. |

However it will be a difficult choice as the orange shirt shown in the
program was not on display and I believe the red and white strip is the
new one for home games |
